Proximity Systems
Proximity systems are ideal for people looking to monitor anyone entering or exiting a building. For example, some proximity systems provided allow people with the correct keycard or keyfob, to gain access in and out of the building. However, with more advanced systems it is possible to monitor this access on a number of levels.
We offer three different types of proximity systems. They can all be fitted to a single door or several across a site. These systems can be programmed to add or remove keycards/fobs, which will increase the security of the system allowing control of who can and cannot gain access to the building.
- Compact systems- These are the ideal low cost option as the system houses all the electronics within the reader, ideal for internal doors.
- Stand alone systems- Similar to the compact system but with a separate control board to house electronics and to put the memory in a more secure location.
- PC based systems- These are perfect for people who want full control of security systems, allowing you to control options via a computer. You can remove users, set time zones and receive reports on anyone entering or exiting your premises, giving you a better long term monitoring option.
